In 1996, Creely Wilson, Director of the Nashville Baptist Association WMU Leadership Team, attended a conference that changed her life. There, she learned of the newly developed and piloted ministry model named Christian Women’s Job Corps (CWJC). This model was developed specifically to minister to women in need, and to equip them with tools and skills designed to help them rise up out of poverty. Creely explains, “As I listened to the presentation I prayed, ‘God, we need this ministry in Nashville, Tennessee.’ The Lord replied to me, ‘Yes, Creely, and I want you to begin the ministry.’"

Creely turned her faith into action to fulfill God’s calling and founded Begin Anew in 1997. Today we are serving over 300 students (men and women) and over 70 children of enrolled students. Her impact continues to be life changing for generations to come - job well done good and faithful servant!

In Memory Gifts for Creely Wilson will go toward Begin Anew’s Legacy Endowment which ensures adult students will be served for future generations. In appreciation of your gift, you will be listed in the Creely Wilson Society.
